We are a registered foundation in Kenya dedicated to bridging critical gaps in preventive care, neurodevelopmental support, and community health — bringing premium care directly to underserved families worldwide.
Pasca Medical Foundation exists to transform community health by delivering premium care to underserved regions, reducing health disparities, and instilling systemic resilience. We treat immediate medical needs while simultaneously equipping communities with the skills, training, and mental health resources to thrive independently.
We step outside traditional clinic walls and come directly to you — bringing reliable medical care, emotional support, and life-changing skills into the heart of our neighbourhoods.
NEPAS is designed to strengthen and support cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and adaptive functioning — with a particular focus on neurodivergent individuals and those experiencing cognitive, emotional, learning, or behavioural challenges.
By integrating cognitive neuroscience, digital health innovation, psychological support, and psychosocial interventions, NEPAS delivers approaches that promote wellbeing, resilience, self-reliance, and social inclusion.
The programme serves individuals across the lifespan — from children in early development to adults navigating neurodevelopmental conditions, mental health challenges, and life transitions.
NEPAS is for anyone experiencing cognitive, emotional, learning, or behavioural challenges — and for the practitioners and families who support them.
The Neurowell Initiative combines cutting-edge neuroscience, evidence-based therapies, and compassionate care to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive — both in school and in life.
The Neurowell Initiative operates through two interconnected programmes — Neurowell Clinics providing specialised clinical care, and Neurowell Women providing community-based support for caregivers.
Our network of clinics combines cutting-edge neuroscience, evidence-based therapies, and compassionate care. We believe that world-class neurodevelopmental care should not be limited to urban centres or high-income families.
Neurowell Women recognises that supporting a neurodivergent child requires supporting the entire family — especially the mothers who are often the primary caregivers, navigating systems alone and without adequate resources.
We provide a structured combination of health education, emotional support, peer community, and practical referral — all delivered in community settings and in a language that resonates.
Research consistently shows that parents of neurodivergent children experience elevated stress levels and poorer mental and physical health compared to parents of neurotypical children. (Kakkar & Srivastava, 2017; Iao, 2024)
100% of parents of children with ASD and ADHD rely primarily on emotion-focused coping — pointing to a critical need for practical knowledge, skills, and community support. (Méndez-Lara et al., 2025)
Multidisciplinary neurodiversity training for professionals and community members significantly improves family outcomes. (Oehme et al., 2024)
We believe that every child deserves access to quality neurodevelopmental assessment, evidence-based intervention, and family support — regardless of geography, income, or background.

SOLARA is the learning and support platform of the NEPAS Ecosystem. It is not a replacement for professional clinical services — it is the bridge between those services and everyday life, giving families the tools to support their loved ones at home, and organisations the frameworks to build genuinely inclusive environments.
